All properties: Tourist tax: €10.50/person per stay is mandatory. Children under 14 are exempt.

Changes/Cancellations: A departure before the end of the stay does not entitle you to a refund of the rental fee. Cancellations up to 30 days before check-in are entitled to a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in will incur a 30% penalty, and after that, a 50% penalty will be forfeited.

Colleccio Rural Home Children and Extra Bed Policy 0-2 years: Free stay. You may use the existing beds, bring your own travel crib, or request a crib (subject to availability). Children over 2 years: A supplement of €5 per night applies for each child.
